Eric was highly recommended by a friend who helped him find a home in the Las Vegas area. We were interested in renting or buying a home in the LV area but didn't have a focus. Jodi is the best! When we decided that we were going to move from Phoenix to Las Vegas, we did an internet search for homes, which triggered calls from several Realtors. Jodi left the most professional and clear voicemail out of about five messages. That professionalism plus a hunch that Jodi would be a good match for us led to our calling Jodi. She provided us with Las Vegas market information and kept us updated with emails and calls on a regular (not excessive) basis. It was a few months later that we visited Las Vegas and Jodi met with us and spent an entire afternoon driving us around, familiarizing us with the different areas of the city as well as showing us three or four houses. I had requested information on a home that I had viewed on the site, and Jodi responded within an hour. We are out of state so our initial conversations were over the phone and emails. After giving Jodi some rather larger generalizations of what we were looking for. She immediately responded with a listing of potential residences, with updates each morning thereafter.

As time progressed and we corresponded Jodi would refine the search criteria. And I would throw change ups, asking about new home communities. Jodi knocked it out of the park, by making contact and then having sales reps from the various communities that I was interested in send floor plans and pricing for my review. As the time approached that my wife and I would be in town to select a home the list of possibles would grow and shrink. Jodi was always responsive offering up recommendations and setting up the plan for crisscrossing the valley in search of that "perfect home". We located Jodi on line for our November trip to Las Vegas, and are so glad we did. Our initial plan was to look at the Sun City communities in Nevada to see if there was one we were interested in moving into. If so, we would come back after we sold our house in Texas and look for a house in the selected community.

Jodi was happy to work with us, even knowing we were not planning to buy on this initial trip. She set aside most of a week to arrange appointments and show us homes in each of the three communities we were investigating.
